Cancellation and Payment Information (New Year Reservations)
For reservations that include December 31, the following conditions apply.
Standard Rate:
The reservation can be cancelled or modified for free up to 90 days before date of arrival. If cancelled or modified after this free cancellation period, the total amount will be charged. 50% of the reservation total amount will be charged at the time of reservation. The remaining amount will be charged after end of the free cancellation period.
Group booking (from 4 rooms):
Reservations with 4 rooms and more are considered as group reservations. 50% of the total amount will be charged at the time of booking. The remaining amount will be charged 120 days before the arrival date.
If the reservation is canceled or modified up to 120 days before the arrival the cancellation fee is 25%. 25% of the total amount of the reservation will be refunded. If canceled or modified up to 90 days before the arrival date, the cancellation fee is 50% of the total reservation amount. If canceled or modified after 90 days before the arrival date, the full amount will be charged.
If payments are not done within a period of 48 hours, the reservation is considered as not guaranteed. Cancellation policies explicitly stated for a reservation replace the cancellation policies written here.
